When to Choose Custom Size
We recommend choosing our Complimentary Custom Service if any of the following apply after you taking your measurements :
Between Two Sizes:
If your bust, waist, and hips align with different sizes on our chart (e.g., a Size 8 bust but a Size 4 waist), custom tailoring ensures a seamless fit without the need for local alterations.
The "1-Inch" Rule:
If your personal measurements differ from our standard chart by more than 1 inches in any key area, custom-made is the best way to guarantee comfort.
Unique Proportions:
Petite: For those who often find torsos or hemlines too long, we will adjust the proportions to perfectly match your frame
Tall: If you need extra length to gracefully accommodate your height or high heels.
Plus Size: We specialize in sculpting gowns that celebrate your beautiful curves with the perfect balance of support and elegance.

Can’t find your dream color in our standard selection? We offer a Custom Color Service for most of our designs. Whether you need a specific Emerald Green for a gala or a romantic Salmon Peach for a wedding, we can help you find the right match.Follow These Steps to Create Your Unique Color
Consult the Swatch Card:
Each fabric type—Sequin, Satin, or Chiffon—has its own unique color palette. Please refer to the Color Swatch card—usually the very last image in the product gallery—to find your perfect match.
Pick Your Number:
Every color on our swatch card is assigned a specific number.
Note it at Checkout:
Select the "Custom Color" option on the product page and enter the Color Number in the "Order Note" box during checkout.
A Gentle Reminder on Colors
Fabric Textures:
The same color may look slightly different on shimmering sequins versus matte satin.
Screen Variations:
Please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting.
Consistency is Key：
If you are ordering multiple dresses for a bridal party, we recommend ordering them together to ensure they are cut from the same fabric roll for perfect color consistency.
Delivery Time
Our Complimentary Custom Size and Custom Color services follow the same delivery timeline as standard sizes, including production and shipping.
Standard Delivery: Within 30 days (or sooner)
Rush Delivery: within 20 days（or sooner）
Please select the appropriate delivery option at checkout based on your event date. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
Custom Order Policy
Please note that Custom Size and Custom Color gowns are made specifically for you and are considered Final Sale (non-returnable and non-exchangeable).
As digital displays vary, we recommend ordering a Fabric Swatch if you require an exact color match for your event theme.
Our Triple Check Policy
Once your custom order is placed, our master tailors review your measurements. If anything looks unusual, we will contact you within 24 hours to double-check before we begin cutting the fabric.
